I’m a 30-year-old gay guy who moved here about 6 months ago. I work remotely 9–5 from my bedroom/office, with occasional trips to a downtown office and some work travel. I have an active lifestyle, enjoy cooking at home, listening to records, and going out with friends, with occasional low-key entertaining. I keep the apartment clean and organized.

Someone on a similar wavelength who’s respectful, clean, and values a calm home environment.
