Seeking Third Roommate for Lovely Home

Two long-time roommates are seeking a third roommate for a lovely 3 BR/2BA home in Talmadge. The private room is available July 1st. We've lived here for 2 years with a third person who is moving. All common areas of the home are comfortably furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped. The home is in a wonderful, quiet, safe neighborhood with ample street parking. The available private bedroom is large with a huge closet. The master bath would be shared. We are an older female and mid-aged male. We have three small, adorable dogs so no additional pets would be permitted. The rent is $1,400 per month and the lease requires a $250 application fee to the Landlord plus 1/3 of utilities monthly. One year minimum lease required. We are a sober household so no substance use or drinking permitted. We'd love to meet you to see if you fit in with our household.
