Del Mar apartment room available! Negotiable Rent!

Sup sup I'm Dane I'm 26 and I'm looking to replace my friend/roommate in our apartment next month. He's quitting his job and wont be able to afford this one anymore but I really like the place and want to stay. Rent is negotiable, currently we do a split of 2150/mo with the larger bedroom and garage, or 1650 for the small room (there are spots in the complex and street parking available even without the garage). I currently am in the smaller room at 1650 but could do either or stay in the smaller room and take the garage, whatever works. As a person I'm easy to get along with and usually pretty quiet and clean. I do like to host poker nights, board games and some parties occasionally for my friends there and you'd absolutely be invited. I should mention I have a cat as well. The address is 12960 Carmel Creek Rd 133. Washer Dryer are included, and only utility to pay for will be gas/electric and wifi. Ideally the move in date is 6/5.
