Room for rent in zen home

Three bedroom home two bath. Preferably looking for a female, but we are open to a kind, respectful male. We are two professionals in our mid 20s and late 30s. This is our sanctuary and is a mostly sober household. It’s OK if you want to have a drink at night, pot ok outside, but no party favors. Bedroom for rent can come furnished or unfurnished depending on your needs. This house has a lot of nice furniture and appliances. Pretty much everything somebody would need! Utilities run under 100 a month in the summer. not required to be on the lease, but I will have you sign an agreement with me the lease holder.
