Hillcrest 2Br Available May 15 Onward!

Room in Hillcrest available after May 15 or June 1st. ONE YEAR lease. I previously posted for a 3BR at this complex, but have shifted interest to the 2BR after speaking to landlord.

Overview:
The landlord is really great. I have been at this complex for years and have my eye on this 2BR 2BA that is being offered to me for rent. I am looking for one other person to share this apartment with. I am including pics of the available room & apt, but please keep in mind the landlord is renovating and making it even nicer! (new windows, flooring, etc) Some of the pictures show the cleaning equipment etc, so just keep that in mind.

*One year Lease once move-in begins* - month to month after that

Details:
Rent is $1225 a month (not including utilities & deposit). Water & trash pickup are included in the rent. We pay for electricity, internet, gas. (prob will be 100 each or so). Apartment is being newly renovated and cleaned currently but will be available soon. Both rooms come with their own bathroom, so no one will have to share a bathroom. Both rooms also come with its own closet as well. And mentioned later, but both tenants also will have a space to park car.

Location:
Off of University Avenue and a block or two from Ralphs, Trader Joe's & Whole Foods, as well as SO many restaurants & places. The location is absolutely phenomenal, and I am so spoiled for it that I just don't want to move.

Me:
I am a professional and work M-F. I'm a SUPER chill, and friendly housemate. Gamer, gay male. Please be gay friendly! I also love the beach and gym. I cook often, but try to do it at convenient times or wknds to meal prep.

You:
Mostly just please let me know of anything you desire to showcase why you would be a fantastic roomie.

Laundry:
The laundry is in the Complex, attached to Unit. Super convenient.

Parking:
There is parking spot for both tenants! Super hard to come by at a location right off University, but this apartment does come with space for 2 cars to park, which is incredibly awesome.

I'm not looking for a big partier, or someone who is loud and disrespectful of a housemate's belongings/food. If this room is of interest to you, please do let me know things you are comfortable sharing about yourself. No drama roomie.
