Hillcrest Room Available Soon

Posting this again to see if there is any potential great people who are looking for a room in Hillcrest either May 1st (or potential half-pay mid-month situation), or even June 1st. Since it's close to May, I imagine a later date may be desired for most.

Room & Apt Details:
This is a 3BR 2BA, my two roomies are moving out, so the May 1st (smallest room in the apt) is available starting May 1, however I'm not rushing to fill & want to make sure I find a fantastic roomie, I am open to a mid-month or even June 1st move-in. The second roomie is moving out in May and therefore the other room will be available starting June 1st. In total, I will be finding two new roomies for this 3BR. The small room (pics attached) is avail May 1st-June 1st, and the other room will become available Mid May-June 1st. Those two rooms/occupants share a bathroom. (pics attached)

**At the latest, I will be looking to fill both rooms by June 1st for a ONE YEAR Lease signing. After one year it is month to month!**

Room is about 90sq feet, however there is a closet that is not included in that square footage. Pics attached, and although the furniture in pics will not be there, he is leaving the window decal & curtains.

**Rent is $1025 a month for the smaller room, and a $1025 deposit will be required** Utilities are usually over 100 each person, per month.

**The slightly bigger room (pics are not included in this post of that room), is $1080, $1080 deposit**

Location:
Essentially a block or two from Ralphs, Trader Joe's & Whole Foods, as well as SO many restaurants & places. The location is absolutely phenomenal, and I am so spoiled for it that I just don't want to move.

Me:
I am a professional and work M-F. Gamer, Currently watching anime, gay male. Please be gay friendly! I also love the beach, and trying to get to gym 3-4 days a week.

You:
Mostly just please let me know of anything you desire to showcase why you would be a fantastic roomie.

Laundry:
The laundry is in the Complex, attached to Unit. Super convenient.

Parking:
There is mostly street parking, preferably looking for someone who is ok with parking on street at all times, OR just doesn't have a car (which I imagine most do have a car). There's usually a spot on the streets the building is between.

LAST NOTE:
I'm not looking for a big partier, or someone who is loud and disrespectful of a housemate's belongings/food. Please if this room is of interest to you, please do let me know things you are comfortable sharing.
