My son moved to oregon for school and i have an extra room to rent out. I live in a house in golden hill with a yard and patio on a quiet secluded street yet close enough to local business. Great access to the 5,805,15 and 94 for any work commute. Hard wood floors in a cute old house. I do have a quiet lovable dog. Room has a full-size bed, a desk a couple bookshelves and a mini fridge.
