Hi there! I’m looking for a responsible, respectful female roommate to share a comfortable 2 bedroom apartment in University Heights starting May 20th.
I’m a full-time working professional (Monday–Friday schedule). I keep a pretty steady routine during the week and like to maintain a calm, respectful home. I’m clean, considerate, value open communication and would love to find a like-minded tenant to share the space with.

The apartment is in a great, central location with easy access to everything San Diego has to offer. We’re just minutes from Hillcrest and North Park, about 8 minutes to downtown, and roughly 15 minutes to the beach. The freeway is very close by, making commuting simple and convenient.

The unit comes with 1 off street parking spot (we coordinate switching as needed).

The complex is gated and offers on-site laundry.

$63 app fee per adult living in the unit
The building management pays water, sewer, trash. Tenant responsible for all other utilities ($100-150 per tenant per month)

Minimum 625 credit score required and a gross income of at least 2 1/2 times monthly rent.
