Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my lease at The Rive from June 5th to July 25th. It is $2180/month. It is a one-bedroom apartment, furnished (including TV, furniture, fridge, bed, etc.), and has washer and dryer. It has a pool and gym, clubhouse with amenities such as pool tables, study/office areas, amazon lockers for packages. Utility bills are not included in the rent. There is wifi for tenants, so you will not need your own router. Super close to SDSU, there's restaurants nearby, USPS, UPS, CVS (walking distance). Parking garage is $20, but there's lots of street parking if you don't want to pay for it.
