Hello!
my roommates are moving out and I have 2 rooms available to rent. The house is on the Mission Hills side of Hillcrest in a nice quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to things in Hillcrest and walking distance to grocery stores.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with own private bathroom and walk in closet 1600

downstairs bedroom 1150 (downstairs tenant would share a bathroom with me)

I am 38 and not really looking for a party house environment. I am quiet and clean and spend most of my extra time rock climbing and playing music.

I have 2 dogs who are both super friendly and lovey:) other pets would be ok since they get along great with others.

Hoping to have the lease signed by early May and move in would be end of May/early June
