Awesome Location Hillcrest Apt Available May 1!!!!

Unfortunately, my awesome roomies are moving out, so this room will be available starting May 1st. There is another, larger room, available June 1st, but this post is only focusing on the May 1st room. In total, this is a 3-bedroom Unit, in a moderately sized building with some other units as well. The individual who takes this room will need to sign a 1-year lease (month-to-month after that). The apartment is about a 5 min walk to Flicks & Rich's in Hillcrest!!

The apartment has a super cozy shared living space with sofa, dining room table space and kitchen. This room shares a bathroom with the other room that will be available starting June 1. (ALL pics of shared living spaces, and bathroom are included in post).
The room, pics attached, is $1025 a month, and Utilities have usually been around $150 each per month.

Some notable things is that animals are not ok, as the landlord does not allow that. There is laundry in the building, and the Unit comes with a tandem parking space (it can fit 3 cars in a row, but due to that it can be tough for how that gets used with 3 cars). Ideally looking for someone who doesn't have a car for at least one of the two new roomies, as that is currently how it has been and it has worked out great. Definitely down to chat about this!

***NOTE: The bedroom furniture (bed, computer desk etc) is NOT included, as that is my current roomie's stuff, however he is leaving the window decal and curtains!
