--$1,450 for the Master Room and bathroom which is available for rent

--Washer and Dryer in the apartment.
--AC/heater (We try to use it only when we have to)
--Kitchen and Living Room are fully furnished
--Outdoor Patio

--2 Shared parking spots (first come, first serve). I just have my Lamborfeeties so you’ll be fine
Street parking is usually fine, we have not had an issue with people parking near the apartment.
--Utilities are split 3 ways evenly (Cox Internet, SDGE). Usually comes out to ~$80-100/person depending on AC usage.
--For household items (paper towels, garbage bags, etc) we usually take turns.. We can discuss this later.
— dog is cool with pet deposit, one of us is allergic to cats and scared of how the hairless cat looks (dog in photos is leaving)

--We are two gay men (20s/30s) who have been friends for about 4 years now.
--We have friends over from time to time but usually nothing too late during the week.. We would love to find a 3rd roommate who is also fun to hangout with and meshes with our personalities but you doing your own thing is cool too.
--No restrictions on having friends over, but please make sure they are trustworthy since this will be everyone's space and none of us should have to worry about who is coming over.
--One of us works from home a couple days during the week

--Have a stable income (students are fine if you have housing grants, loans, GI Bill, etc)
