I’m renting out two bedrooms in my 3-bedroom, 2-bath home.

You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one other roommate. Both rooms include closet organizers for easy storage.

I live in the master bedroom and work as a flight attendant, so I’m often traveling and the house stays pretty quiet. My current roommate is moving out at the end of April, so that room will be ready May 1.

About the home:
Utilities included (gas, electric, cable, high-speed internet), Plenty of street parking, Backyard with a small pond and turtles, Clean, relaxed, low-key environment.

I have a friendly pug who is very independent (dog door + automatic feeder), but she loves attention and walks.

One room can come furnished with a queen bed, TV, and small desk if needed (or can be removed).

About me / ideal roommate:
I’m easygoing, clean, and respectful. I keep things pretty low-key—when I’m home, I usually relax, watch TV, and turn in early since I often have early (6 AM) workdays. The home is best suited for someone who values a clean, quiet environment! LGBTQ FRIENDLY!!
