Come join two young professionals living in the quiet and tree lined neighborhood of Banker's Hill. Little Italy and Balboa Park are both an easy walk!

The home is a fully renovated Victorian home, with stone and hardwood floors, marble and quartz bathroom finishes, washer and dryer in unit, and central A/C.

The available room has windows on both sides, so the sunlight is amazing. There is a full bathroom en suite with a bathtub.

Your roommates are one young male, who is in the restaurant business, so is always at work, and one female who works from home, but is typically in her room and very quiet.

The household has two, very sweet, large dogs and one Maine Coon cat living with us!

We are a quiet and respectful household that is beautiful, easy, and a loving home!
