High rise apartment is fully furnished and equipped with a large wraparound balcony, panoramic views of the city, multiple TV's, a billiard table, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and a W/D in the unit. Apartment is a corner unit located in a recently built luxury highrise with 45 floors, pool, jacuzzi, large gym, yoga studio, an onsite amazon hub, various study lounges and game rooms. Only issue at the moment is that there is possibly a wait for an assigned underground parking space, but assistance can be possibly be provided with transportation and/or use of an existing vehicle, or street parking is also available.
