Hello! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease. I’m planning to move to another state soon. The lease includes internet access. the amenities on the property. Your room will have a private bathroom, a full size bed, a dresser, and a desk table. You’ll have five roommates, but you’ll have your own room and bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished including washer and dryer. Lots of study spaces and rooms as well, including an activity center. All my current roommates are moving out this year, so there will be new roommates in the apartment. The closet is quite spacious. There’s no deposit required, and a co-signer isn’t necessary. Utilities are after rent, and they never exceed an extra $70. Usually, it’s $40 extra with the air conditioning on throughout the day, which you’re responsible for. You don’t need to disclose your college information to be accepted. Very gated community codes will be provided upon move-in for the front door and the garage. There’s an app that opens everything if it’s hard to remember. The space is very spacious, so it’s a great place to live. Let me know if you have any other questions.
