We’re looking for the right person (or couple) to share our apartment in a clean, quiet, and friendly gated apartment community.
The Space:
• Private bedroom (11ft x 12ft) with a 5ft x 5ft walk-in closet (lock/key to bedroom already installed)
• Private full bathroom (hall bath, solely yours)
• 1 underground gated parking spot (tandem) - communication will be key on switching out cars
• Full access to shared spaces: kitchen, living room, and patio
* Central AC - usually set to 68 - 72 degrees
Community Amenities:
• Pool, hot tub, sauna
• Indoor/outdoor gyms
• Dog park, dog walk & dog wash station
• Outdoor lounge with BBQ, pool table, firepit
• Laundry room
• Fully gated, safe, and well-maintained complex
Rent Details:
• $1,250/month
• $100 flat utilities (covers all standard utilities + high-speed internet)
• Security deposit: $900
• One-time $100 roommate change fee (required by property management)
Lease Terms:
• 12-month agreement preferred
• Single occupant or couple considered (rent may be adjusted for couples)
• If the lease is broken early, the tenant is responsible for finding a qualified replacement for the remainder of the lease or forfeiting the deposit
• Must have renter’s insurance
Pets:
• Small or medium dog considered
• Must be friendly with other dogs (we have a small dog)
• Additional $50/month pet rent (per property rules)
