SDSU Lease Takeover/Relet

I have finished college a semester early and I want to move out soon. I hope to find someone to take over my lease.

Apartment Details
- Rent: $900/month
- Bills: $70-$100/month
- Location: The Rive, College Area
- 4 bedroom, 4 bath
- 5 male roommates
- 5 min drive, 15-20 min walk to SDSU
- 3rd floor
- In-unit washer and dryer
- Pre-furnished (except for desk chairs)

Move-in depends on when you sign on, here are the remaining dates you can sign on.

Paperwork deadline: March 20th, move in April 3rd
Paperwork deadline: April 22nd, move in May 7th
Paperwork deadline: May 21st, move in June 5th
Paperwork deadline: June 17th, move in July 2nd

Lease ends July 25th, but you may renew it for another year.

Roommates are a mix from very neat to somewhat messy, and some of them are loud at night.
You would share a room with one man, he is clean, quiet, and kind. He spends many nights at his girlfriend’s house and vice versa. He does not want to live with someone who parties, and does not want pets.

You would be a good fit if you
Are a junior or senior in college, or in your early 20s
Enjoy sports.
Are neat and quiet, but you can tolerate loud music and occasional messes.
