Hey! I’ll have a bedroom opening up March 15 in a super chill low key house.

It’s just me one other tenant and my son on weekends. I also have a German Shepherd Malinois mix. She’s smart friendly and playful. The other tenant is very relaxed and usually gone most of the day for work and school so the house stays pretty quiet.

Located in the East College area near 70th and El Cajon Blvd. It’s a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath with plenty of street parking. Washer and dryer are in the garage and there’s plenty of space.

Shared bathroom shared kitchen and living room access. I work as a plumber during the week and have my child on weekends. Overall it’s a super chill respectful no drama household.

Rent is $1,000 plus utilities.
