At home, I’m usually working, reading, cooking, baking, or watching a movie. I don’t currently have kitties, but may acquire or foster. I’ve recently moved back to SD from 6 yrs abroad in Panama and am still settling in.

Home is a newly furnished 4-level townhouse with 3 bedrooms (one is my office), 2.5 baths, and a private rooftop terrace that includes seating, fire pit, and a gas grill. The bedrooms are on the 2nd level. 3rd level is the kitchen, dining, and living rooms with two large balconies. First-floor garage and entryway. One covered parking space is available. Small amount of storage space in garage if needed.

Home was built in 2018, has wood floors, lots of natural light, a whole-house water filtration system & RO drinking water, AC, and bi-weekly house cleaning.

Rent: $1,900 and includes utilities. Must have stable income, pass credit/background checks, and pay $950 as security deposit. No excessive utility use or crypto mining.

Location: Near intersection of Cleveland & Meade in University Heights. UH is a fantastic, quiet neighborhood of working professionals and young families! Walking around the neighborhood is pleasant day or night. Super convenient to Ralph's, Trader Joe's, and Sprouts within 0.7 miles. Sunday Farmer's Market is 0.5 miles away. Walk or bike to many restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and quaint neighborhood parks. Hop on 163 N/S or I-8 within minutes. Easy drive/Uber to downtown. Airport is 10 minutes.
