I have a room available ASAP in a 2/1 in North Park right by the 805. $1600, utilities included. W/D hookups right now but will have a W/D in unit next month. You will have your own garage and driveway parking if needed. Home is completely furnished except for your room. There is also a shared patio area and our unit has a front porch area.

About me: 34, mental health worker. I work Monday through Friday and occasionally pick up weekend overtime. Not OCD clean or minimalist, I love my trinkets and knick knacks, but not a slob either. When I’m not home I’m normally out in the neighborhood at one of the many restaurants, breweries, or tap rooms and would love to show you my favorite spots. I walk everywhere! I do have one small hypoallergenic dog and a fish tank in the common area that are both well cared for and when I can, the pup is normally out with me. No more pets, unfortunately.
