Room for rent in North Park. Must be LGBTQ friendly. Move in date flexible, ASAP preferred. You would have to sign a lease and get approved, the lease expires in August though there is the option to renew. You’d get your own bedroom and have a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Bedroom will be somewhat furnished. (small nightstand, small standing dresser, mattress) (or i can remove all the furniture from the room) Furnished living room. Double sliding mirrors with lots of closet space in your bedroom. Building is gated and has a courtyard, shared laundry room. I currently live with a married couple (two men) and they have a dog. I am currently paying $1050 but that was agreed upon a conversation with my housemates so it could be subject to change (not drastically) upon discussion with them.
