My name is Jennifer, I’m 30 years old. I’ve lived in San Diego my whole life and currently work as a commercial property manager.

I live in a 2 bed / 1 bath apartment in Normal Heights (San Diego) and I’m looking for someone to take the second bedroom. Move-in can be ASAP, but the latest would be April 1st since that’s when I need to renew the lease.

Rent is $1,275 per month, which includes water and trash. SDG&E and Cox (electricity/internet) are separate. All in, the total monthly expense usually comes out to around $1,400, which includes SDG&E, Cox, and a cleaning lady who has worked with me for years and comes every two weeks.

We have 1 shared parking spot and there’s a laundry unit downstairs.

I’m a very clean person, I work a lot, and I’m respectful of boundaries. My home is my safe space, so I’m really looking for someone who values peace, cleanliness, and a calm environment.
