We are offering a private front bedroom with its own bathroom in our beautifully renovated and restored 1930s Spanish-style home. This rental is ideal for someone seeking a quiet, private living arrangement focused on renting a bedroom (with kitchen and backyard use). Shared use living room/dining room is not included.
The bedroom features hardwood floors in the room and closet, tile in the bathroom, and out-swinging double windows overlooking the front yard, plus an additional side window that brings in great natural light.
Our home is located in a peaceful neighborhood between North Park and South Park (Alta Dena), within walking distance to both. Street parking is plentiful and easy. Directly across the street is a joint-use park shared with the local elementary school, complete with a walking/running track and a grassy field for relaxing or light recreation.
We share our home with a semi-feral cat who is slowly learning to trust humans. Because of this, we unfortunately cannot accommodate additional pets. She is indoor/outdoor, so a cat-friendly tenant is essential.
This is a calm, respectful household. No parties, drugs, smoking, or excessive noise. We’re looking for a responsible tenant who values privacy, cleanliness, and a low-key living environment.
