I am looking for a spring semester sublease next spring when I am abroad. The house has 7 rooms and there are in total 8 people. All of the guys I have known my whole time at SDSU and are very great people. You will have your own room, parking spot, walk in closet. The room is a pretty good size I was able to fit my queen bed pretty easily. I will also be leaving my mattress, desk, etc. if you want to use it. Good backyard with grill, dye table, tiki bar. Sometimes have parties but not a frequent thing. Overall very good house and basically on campus its very close.
