Hello,

I am looking for a roommate to share an apartment. It has two bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms, and I am staying in the master bedroom. The WiFi is included in the rent. But, the electricity bill will be split in half every month. No need to pay for water. There is also an in-unit washer and dryer.
There will be a designated parking spot in front of the unit.
Looking for someone who keeps things clean.
