We have an amazing room to offer that’s ready for immediate move-in! It’s a beautiful, light-filled room at the front of the house, no shared walls, with a decent-sized closet and a shared bathroom with one other girl. It’s located in South Park, which is a very safe neighborhood with a lot of families and a local vibe. It’s a five minute walk to The Fruit Bowl Market, a ten minute walk to Target and the shops and restaurants on Fern, and fifteen minute walk to Balboa Park. It’s less than five minutes from I-5 as well, super central. The house has a nice cozy living room with a big couch and TV for movie nights, as well as modern appliances (gas stove, dishwasher, full washer/dryer in their own space!). It’s a 3bedx2bath, so you’d be living with myself and my roommate Kylee, who you’d share the bathroom with, and each room is nice and private. We also have a cute front porch for people watching and a side outdoor patio with a picnic table, as well as a big garage for storage. There’s a 2-car driveway and a lot of street parking. As for roommates, I am a graduate student at SDSU and Kylee works in the service industry. She has two dogs named Stella and Finley (you can spot them in the pics), so no other pets, please. We’re both pretty chill and keep to ourselves most of the time, but there’s plenty of movie nights and couch hangs. We’re looking for someone in their s to move in by beginning of January.
