Rooftop pool, 24 hour gym access included, among several other amenities. The living spaces are completely furnished, and the furniture currently occupying the bedroom can either be kept or replaced. I'm a local Business student, looking for anyone interested in anyone willing to maintain a clean, functional apartment with mutual respect. I enjoy cooking, surfing, hiking and going out.
