I live in a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse that has an available bedroom with its own full bath right now. I have covered December’s rent and am flexible with the move-in date. I will say that I will be out of town from 19 - 26 December though and would be much more available after Christmas. But I can meet and allow for people to check out the space in the meantime.

I work full time out of Coronado and often travel back up to Ventura county to see my boyfriend so I am largely out of the house. I anticipate living here through 2027 - most likely longer and I would like someone who is able to sign on for a long-term living situation. The shared living spaces and kitchen are mostly furnished but there is a lot of room for improvement and to add your own flair to the place.

I have one cat. Her name is Lola. She is friendly but will be shy at first. She has lived with other cats and dogs so we are flexible to welcoming new pets: preferably a calm, quiet pet.

I am 27 years old and I like being active, playing video games, trying new restaurants, and going for walks. I am a quiet and clean roommate so I would like someone who is similar. I am very chill and would love to become good friends who do stuff together if you’re open to that. I have a Nintendo switch and we can play Mario Kart or Mario Party Superstars.
