hi everyone! my 2 roommates and i are looking for someone to move into our home in SDSU college area asap, by january 1st at the very latest!! we are looking for someone to take over the lease from december to the end of july 2026.

the room that we are offering is shown in the pictures, it is about $820 per month, and about $100 more per month for utilities. there is also a $350 security deposit.

we have a full kitchen, a living room with TV, a garage with washing machine and dryer, a backyard, and the bathroom would be shared with two other roommates! we also keep our communal spaces tidy!!

we are asking for a roommate who preferably has no pets, but is not allergic to cats, is age 21-30, and is preferably also a woman!!
