Hello I am looking for someone to take over/sublet my lease from January 2026-July 2026 at the Rive San Diego. I am graduating early and will not need to stay.
This is a single bed and bath with a pool view in a 3x3 apartment. Rent is 1400 not including utilities. The Rive is walking distance from San Diego State University, and also has a shuttle to take you to and from school and the Transit Center. The Rive has two pools, a gym, study rooms, and a clubhouse. One roommate has a cat, she is quite friendly but will leave you alone. There is one roommate that is staying, the other is also moving out as she is studying abroad. Please let me know if you are interested!
