I live with three other girls and have my own room. It’s very spacious, and I share a bathroom with one of them. Our house is a 15-20-min walk from SDSU and is in a very pretty and quiet neighborhood!

We also have a lap cat named Calvin who will cuddle with you as you watch tv! We love craft nights, movie nights, exploring markets around the city and sometimes going out to bars.
Everyone is pretty clean and good with taking turns doing basic chores like dishes or taking out the trash. If you’re a clean/organized person that is a plus 🙏

I'm leaving my room almost fully furnished, I can take things out if you dont need them but if you do I will leave them for free.
I planning on leaving my desk, minifridge, nightstand, mattress and bed frame, closet drawers and organizers, and mirror.

Rent is $1350/month + utilities
