Looking for a new place in one of San Diego’s most sought-after neighborhoods? I’ve been renting this awesome 5-bedroom home in North Park for years, and I’m now looking for a chill, respectful roommate to share the space with me and my 1 and half year old dog.
Due to a relationship change I will have the house to myself so you’ll have your pick of two private bedrooms upstairs — one gets morning light, the other afternoon. All rooms will be empty and carpet freshly shampooed, Choose whichever vibe fits you best when you come by. If you work from home and want extra space, there’s also the option to rent both rooms for an additional cost.

The house is just a few blocks from 30th Street, right in the heart of North Park with restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife all within walking distance. You won’t find another setup like this in the area. All bills are split evenly which include electric, water and internet.
