Looking for a cool roommate to move into the master bedroom suite of a 3BDRM/2 Bath Condo. The house is very cozy offers a walkable neighborhood, and is already furnished! All you would need to do is fill your room. You will also have a shared office/living space (two living rooms). You can host friends or family to come visit you as well.

We're in a great walkable area with lots of restaurants, bars, farmer's market, and grocery store nearby. You will have everything you need nearby.

$1500 deposit upon move in, and will be refunded to you upon move out.

About the Home:
Fully furnished common area (Couch, table, chairs, cookware, nice tv with audio system, lots of space for your food, and a supply closet).
Inviting atmosphere, not just a place to sleep, this will be your home!
Inclusive household, all are welcome.
Very much a place to hang out with your friends as well.

10 minutes from downtown
10 minutes from coronado
10 minutes to beaches
Split right between hillcrest & northpark

Parking:
You will have a parking spot (included) in the garage side by side to my car. It will not be stacked parking.

About me:
I am a young professional that is very outgoing and friendly. I work from home so I will be around but do travel quite a bit for work.
My previous roommates can vouch for being a great roommate.
