Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease since I’m starting a new job and will be moving to LA! Looking for female only, in her 20s, ideally no pets. Rent is $1538 + utilities and we’re looking for someone to move in by Oct 1st or before. Lease ends Aug 31st, 2026.

3 bed 3.5 bath townhome in hillcrest so you’d have your own room with a private en suite bathroom and large closet. The house has in unit AC, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and plenty of permitted street parking (permits are $12).

The area is safe and super walkable with restaurants, bars, and activities close by! You’d be living with my two amazing roommates who are both early 20s, working professionals, clean and respectful. They love to go to yoga/pilates, try new restaurants/bars, and explore San Diego! They also have one super sweet cat named Theo!
