Hello,
I live here in College Ave San Diego on 2 hills at Sunset Point condominiums. My 1 roommate will be in need of a new roommate as I am moving to the East coast. We are both lgbtia+ so comfort is a must. The place is nice with 2 master bedrooms w/bathrooms and 2 closets each and very spacious on opposite ends of the place with a laundry unit. The living room is centered with a nice large sectional couch, carpet and 75inch tv with speakers set for nice surround sound feel. This is adjacent to the balcony also available with seating set up to enjoy the view.

If you want to keep the bedframe, box spring and mattress I'm happy to let you along with table and light plus box fan in window can remain just let me know.

Something to note, there is a school just outside the balcony overlooking so you will hear kids during school and sometimes summer activities but if it doesn't bother you you'll really enjoy your stay. Attached garage with a garage opener for your car and a parking space for yourself as well.
