"Hello! I'm Regina, and I'm excited to welcome a student into my cozy three-bedroom home. My little house has a lovely backyard perfect for relaxation and fresh air. Your room will be equipped with a half bath, dresser, desk, WiFi and TV for your comfort and convenience. You'll also have access to the washer and dryer, kitchen, and backyard, where you can unwind after a long day. On-street parking is readily available. My home is conveniently located just 2 miles from San Diego State University and 8 miles from Grossmont College, making it an ideal spot for students.
