Seeking responsible single male who is into a clutter-free and tidy home environment. You need to be 55+ and submit a background check application through the rental office. The room and entire apartment is FULLY furnished(even towels, linens, dishes, cookware, appliances and nicely furnished). Bedroom includes queen bed with headboard, 4 drawer dresser, 2 drawer bedside table and large computer desk with book shelves. Includes ALL utilities, off-street parking garage, nice airy patio deck, washer/dryer, streaming TV and Wi-Fi. I enjoy cooking so all dinners and groceries may be included. Apartment has 2 nice furnished bedrooms, big living room, large kitchen w/new fridge, 1 spacious bath with a huge 5x4 foot walk in shower with support bars and fold-down bench.
