Cheap rent, but need a little help. Paid off-street parking OR free street parking avail. Handyman skills a PLUS, but not a must.

The other person is really nice & trustworthy, just like me! : )

Please INCLUDE Ph#. I have medical problems & it takes me too long to type bk & forth. Also, pls let me know the LATEST (Actual) "Time" it's Ok to call, just in case. (Pls don't say "Anytime".)
