Hello,

I love San Diego, but not its prices. Therefore I am renting out my master bedroom in my two bedroom condo located in North Park. You will have a walk in closet and your own bathroom. I am looking for April 1, 2025 move in. I am married to my husband and he is always gone at work. I work from home. We are both introverts and keep to ourselves. The building is very quiet. The pros of living here close to everything on foot. Major bus lines near by. Farmers market 3 min away. Target 5 min away. Freeways close by. Hospitals and the airport is within 5-10 min away. The negative: parking. It sucks. Sometimes you need to park 4 blocks away. But it’s doable. Sound. If you lived in north park you know sound carries. If your private like me, it gets annoying. But I deal with it. Thanks for looking!
