Room for rent is on the second floor with a private bathroom right next to the room. Personal full size fridge available for use in the garage. Common area features a full size dining table, kitchen island with barstools, sectional sofa and tv area. The room is furnished but can be unfurnished if wanted.
No pets allowed, 3 easy going cats already live here.
The location of my home is minutes away South Park, Gaslamp, North Park & City heights, all the hotspots in San Diego, and short 15 minute drive to Coronado Island & Ocean Beach and about 20 mins to Pacific Beach and Mission Beach.
