Entire 2 bed/2 bath sublease

Hi I am looking to sublease our 2bed 2bath apartment with a balcony located in city heights 92115 just a few minutes away from SDSU. Looking to have it rented by August 1st-August 15th. The lease ends June 1, 2025, so 10 months, with option to renew (I’ve been here 2 years!). Rent is $2875 (not including utilities) everyone on the lease would have to submit an application. Deposit is $700 and stays with the apartment but after a walk through I can drop the price to $200 Includes 2 parking spaces in the gated garage, central AC/heating that you can control from an app, dishwasher, rental portal where you can submit maintenance requests, pay rent, etc. Community is also gated. There is laundry on site ($1.75 to wash $1.25 to dry and takes cards/Apple Pay/pay on the app). The community has a pool, dog park, sauna, jacuzzi, dog wash station, fitness center, and outdoor gym. I’d be happy to schedule a walk through! I live living here but am looking to move because of job relocation! I can include more pictures or the link to the apartment complex as well. I included the virtual tour video, although the apartments floors are a different color and much lighter than the video.
- Pets are welcome for additional pet rent or $50/month and I believe a $500 pet deposit.
- This unit was fully remodeled 2 years ago when we first moved in and has new everything including windows!
- Master bedroom has 2 glass door closets and is a very large room (multiple people or a couple)
- 2nd bedroom has a walk-in closet
- Plenty of storage
