Looking for roommate to sign lease- downtown SD

Looking for a roommate to sign a lease at shift apartment in east village in downtown San Diego. You would have your own room with your own disconnected bathroom. Most of their 2 bedrooms are around 1200sq ft and all the appliances are updated and have a washer and dryer in unit. From what I understand their parking spots are extra and may not be available so we would prefer someone without a car but if you dont have a car the trolley is a less than 5 minute walk! There is also a beautiful pool, hottub, gym, lounge, and grilling area located on the 21st floor which is their rooftop! Me and my roommate are both young gay males who are big homebodies and arent huge on partying so you wont have to worry about any of that. We are both servers with busy schedules so when we arent working we tend to stay home and watch tv or game in our room.
