Room for rent: $1400/month

I have 1 room with private bathroom opening up for move in June 1st in my 2 bed/2 bath apartment in Normal Heights. Looking for a female roommate only. Will need to sign a new lease with me. No pets.

Details:
- $1,400/month + utilities (Cox + SDGE vary monthly, water/trash included)
- Move in: June 1st
- 2nd floor apartment in a small/quiet smoke free 8 unit complex with great landlords!
- 1 bedroom w/own private bathroom (right next to the room)
- Fully furnished kitchen + living room with exception of the bedroom available
- No central AC but there is a small AC unit in the living room area
- Off street assigned parking spot
- Washer and dryer on property (requires coins) but not in unit
- Lease is month to month but looking for someone who will be there at least a year

About me: I’m 25, in school full time at SDSU finishing up my BS in Public Health and on the pre-med track. I also work full time night shift as a CNA at Scripps. Looking for someone who will be respectful of the nightshift schedule as I sleep during the day half the week. No parties and no smoking or any kind as the complex is a very quiet smoke free property. I’m Quiet, chill, clean and respectful and looking for someone who is the same.
