Location: Corner of C Street and 24th, has great views of downtown. This unit is in a great area, close to many restaurants, stores, freeways, and offers great walking options, and away from the homeless. (It’s Safe)!

About the Room: Unfurnished bedroom and your own full bathroom for $1,250 (+ utilities, typically around $100 per month for gas/electric, internet and water. (The trash services are free). Lease is one year, with a month to month option to follow. Currently your room is completely empty, clean and move-in ready! The property is managed by Income Property Management. You will have to apply and pass a credit check and pay me $875 for the deposit. I paid the last roommate $875 for the deposit when she moved out in February.

About the Apartment: Two bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Wood floors. Washer/dryer in the building, (located right down the hall!), dishwasher and microwave. Our unit comes with tandem parking. Entire unit will be furnished except your bedroom and bathroom that’s for rent. Your bathroom is the guest bathroom but does have a full shower/tub. My “guests” would use my bathroom.. no worries there! Kitchen was recently organized so there's plenty of space for your own items if you’d like. (Small appliances, cups etc. OK)

Roommate: It's just lil old me :) My name is Kristie! I’m a single female, 34. I enjoy wine nights in, watching Tv (in my room), beach days and relaxing at home, cooking dinner. I do enjoy weekend nights out for dinner and happy hours, so hopefully you do too! I can be social, but tend to be more introverted during the workweek. I work Monday through Friday and need alone/downtime. But I love to have fun and free most weekends! I tend to work 8-12 hour days and want someone who isn’t home all day and never leaves. We both need alone time :)

What I’m Looking For: A female/male in their late 20s - 30s or early 40s. Would like someone that can get along and go with the flow! Likes to have fun, but has to be considerate, clean and doesn’t bring the party home. Someone who doesn’t work from home is preferred, no couples, no family members, and no pets. I plan on getting a dog, so someone who loves dogs, but doesn’t want any of the responsibility and is ok with living with one after they move in. First, I need a roommate! lol
