Tiny house (approx. 300 sf) that is available for move in now. Located in the Rolando Village/San Diego State area. Rent is $1,875, which includes ALL of your utilities, including wifi, air conditioning, and your own all-in-one washer/dryer.

The downstairs consists of a small bathroom with a shower and a kitchen with a 5-burner self-cleaning oven, refrigerator, washer/dryer, sink with extensive floor cabinets, 2 wall cabinets and a foldout table. The downstairs also has an 8'x8' living room with a window air conditioner, sofa sleeper. There are also 2 lofts in the house. The main loft is also 8'x8' (directly above the living room/bedroom) and can hold a queen size bed. The smaller loft above the bathroom can be used as storage. We also have a 3 feet by 5 feet (15 sf) outdoor storage shed for your use, as well as some storage underneath the house.

Another feature of the house is that you will have your own 200 sf private deck in the back of the house and because we are on a cliff, you do have a great view of the Rolando/College valley! Backyard is fully fenced and you would have your own gate entrance from the front of the house. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and has abundant parking at all times. We do allow cats, however, we will accept dogs on an individual basis.
