We have a room for rent close to San Diego State University. The room will be ready May 15, 2026. The room is fully furnished, includes utilities, wifi, and your own refrigerator/freezer. Plus it has a private entrance with a sitting area in front with a small table, chairs and an umbrella. Bathroom and kitchen are shared with other residents in the house. There is plenty of on street parking in our neighborhood. We recently renovated the fully fenced backyard to include a furnished deck, charcoal barbecue and firepit that you are welcome to use for guests or to enjoy the beautiful view for some peace and quiet. We will consider a couple with a rent adjustment to $1,400/month.
