The current tenant, a 30 year old teacher and grad school student, is seeking a responsible and clean individual to share the space with. The available room is spacious and comfortable, offering lots of natural light and a large closet. The room is unfurnished.
The rest of the house is fully furnished but the current tenant is extremely open to allowing you to personalize any of the shared spaces as well.
This North Park home is located in a walkable neighborhood, providing access to various shops, restaurants, and cafes. There is one shared parking space available, ensuring convenience for both tenants. However, there is also ample parking on the street as well.
There is a washer/ dryer on the property (coin operated).
Rent for the room is $1,167 per month. In addition to rent, you will be responsible for sharing the cost of utilities. Water is split among tenants and charged with rent every other month. Utilities such as SDGE and Wi-Fi will be split between the tenants.
