Small Room for Rent

Hi, I'm a 32 year old male living in a two story condo. I speak spanish.

The space is well kept, it would be available with one mattress and a dresser.
It's ideal for a student who does not own a car. However the guess parking pass is available on on first-come basis. The condo complex is gated, offers 2 laundry facilities (rooms with 4 washers/dryers each), and 3 pools. It's a nice condo located 3 miles from SDSU. There is a bus route straight to SDSU ! Condo is
across the street from a huge shopping center with Target, 24 Hour Fitness, Walmart, Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Sams Club, a post office, Kohls and so much
more. There is also the entrance to the 94 West freeway. The neighborhood is very quiet.

I am Looking for someone who is responsible, clean, respectful and who does not bring the party home. I would prefer a female between the ages
20-40 with no kids. Please have a stable income, and be able to pay on time. No smoking, drugs or pets allowed, drinking is ok.

The background is important so please do not
inquire if you have any criminal history or are on
parole, probation, sex offender list, etc.
