$769 Monthly! You will be sharing a room with a 21 year old (very chill) male roommate. Looking for someone to take my place in our apartment. The bedspace that is available includes a desk, bedside table, and full bed with drawers + mattress. The room is large with its own bathroom, and the existing roommate is nice, clean, and considerate. The common area (large balcony, living room, and kitchen) are shared with 2 other male roommates who have their own bedroom and bathroom. there is a washer + dryer in unit, as well as a parking garage + street parking available. All residents are SDSU students and considerate with the shared space. The area of the apartment is awesome, quietest part of the complex with a nice view of trees and the canyon 5025 apartments is in. Looking to find a new resident (preferably a young male professional or student) ASAP, application requires cosigner, resident making 3x rent, or a deposit of last 2 month's rent due at time of application.
